In her current role, she facilitates creative problem solving for members across the interdisciplinary team and with community partners. She has mentored and coached numerous frontline staff who have soon after been promoted to management roles, and is a go-to for leadership development, mentorship, professional development and creative problem solving.

In addition to frontline experience, she has nearly 15 years of management experience in independent practice, starting up her own nursing service with a staff of a dozen nurses and moving to the hospital setting to manage areas such as critical care, inpatient surgery, operating room, social services, renal dialysis, organizational development, education and professional practice.
