Mindy Morrow is currently the owner and Principal for Producticity, LLC a consulting firm specializing in Organization Development, Transformation and Creative Problem Solving. Mindy’s specialty is in maximizing the productivity and contribution of human beings in the workplace. Her focus is in providing executive and leadership coaching to senior leadership, additionally, she helps clients to develop plans for business success and helps leaders improve profits and productivity by better leading innovation and managing change.
As a Professional Innovation Advisor, Mindy has applied the Basadur Simplexity Process to help an organization contribute $1.2 Million to the bottom line by reducing complexity in the product returns process, shortening the time to pricing decisions and adjustments and creating a new product offering and platform that was first to market. Mindy’s goal as a Professional Innovation Advisor is to work with organizations who have problems they haven’t been able to solve, help them get solved and in the process build a crucial capability inside their organization that will serve them in the future.
Mindy has consulted with organizations both internally and externally and has a wide range of experience in different types of organizations; from monopolies to highly competitive organizations, non- profits, the public sector, and she has experience in consulting both domestically and internationally. She’s worked for Fortune 500 companies such as NCR corporation and Ameritech where she has collaborated with clients to provide guidance in system-wide, multi-level processes of data collection, diagnosis, intervention design, action planning and implementation. In addition, Mindy has worked with entrepreneurial ventures who have needed to grow and scale their talent and capabilities without mass.
Mindy has conducted and published research in areas of leveraging thinking styles, diversity, employee satisfaction and high performance. She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Wittenberg University, a Master’s degree in Organization Development from Bowling Green State University, carries the Registered Organization Development Consultant (RODC) designation from the OD Institute and is a Certified Executive Coach. Mindy recently obtained a certification in Creative Problem Solving from the Basadur Center for Applied Creativity, and has the designation Professional Innovation Advisor. She also holds a level III certification in the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument and Myers Briggs Type Indicator. She is a member of the OD Institute, the American Society for Training & Development and the Organization Development professional network.
